Danum Hotel
Detox Bar The Danum Hotel is an impressive Edwardian building at the top end of High Street, in the heart of Doncaster, within easy reach of the A1(M) and the M18. Approximately 3miles from junction 3 of the M18. Join the A6182 and follow signs for town centre and is only five minutes walk from the Railway Station. The interior of the Danum hotel is of a very high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The Danum has a DN One Bar & Restaurant situated on the ground floor, offering first class cuisine and a comprehensive selection of beers, wines and spirits. Next to the hotel is DETOX, the hotel's own pub where the Speed Dating event is to be held. Detox is a modern, smart and chic bar and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On entering the hotel, turn right and follow the corridor down to Detox. Parking is limited and for overnight guests only, but there is ample parking to be found on and around Wood Street, just around the corner from the hotel. The Danum Hotel has 64 ensuite bedrooms, so if you are travelling and don't fancy the journey home at the end of the evening, the staff will be only too pleased to book a room for you.

Grand St Leger
Sellinger Suite The Grand St Leger was originally built as the Turf Inn in 1810, becoming a private residence until 1954 when it was bought by the county. The building proudly housed the West Yorkshire Regiment of Matilda until 1882 when it again passed into private hands. In 1920 it was converted into accommodation for stable lads and served the Turf until it was purchased and converted into The Grand St Leger Hotel. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and great care has been taken to sympathetically upgrade the facilities without overwhelming the traditional character of the building. The result is a triumphant example of traditional and modern. Open fireplaces and crystal chandeliers sit comfortably alongside superior conference facilities, luxurious en-suite accommodation and complimentary WIFI throughout the Hotel. Informal drinks and meals can be taken in the Paddock Bar under the watchful gaze of famous jockeys and horses from the St Leger era, whilst the Carrington's Restaurant provides diners with a truly gastronomic experience. Our When The Music Stops events are held in the Sellinger Suite - a truly majestic room with it's own facilities and bar. On entering the Hotel, turn right and follow the corridor down to the Sellinger Suite. The Grand St Leger is to be found just across from the racecourse, at the Bennetthorpe roundabout . There is ample free parking on site. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and should you wish to stay overnight, you will find each room has been individually decorated and sympathetically furnished, offering customers a sumptuous night's sleep in stunning surroundings

Manana Manana
Balcony Restaurant Manana Manana is a modern, upmarket bar restaurant, with a Spanish influence. It offers a wonderful and varied selection of Tapas. There are also dishes from around the world, introducing culture and variety from all countries. Truly an experience not to be missed. Meals are served up to 10pm. Why not either arrive early to sample the mouthwatering dishes or order a meal to be ready to serve at the end of the Speed Dating. We hold our Speed Dating upstairs in the restaurant area. This has a Spanish effect, with modern furnishings and it's own bar facilities. Manana Manana is to be found off Hallgate at 7, Bradford Row/Lazarus Court. Turn down alley by corner of Quintos. You will find a very warm welcome from our host Vicci, the Restaurant Manager, who will be very happy to arrange the ordering of any meal you may wish to have. It has a superb open sun terrace and also covered outside areas.

The Lakeside Beefeater

Balcony Bar Yates is modern with stylish decor and trendy bar and seating areas. There is a wide range of good value food available at the bar. Set in the heart of Doncaster, Yates is opposite Wilkinsons and has easy access to public transport. Parking is only a few minutes away on Wood Street and Princegate, by the Job Centre and Cusworth Bikes. We are holding our Speed Dating event upstairs in the balcony area, which is a really nice, comfortable setting with it's own bar. This is an ideal place to meet and have a social evening.
