How does the dating event work?
Arrive for registration at 8pm for an 8.30pm start. You will be directed to the bar for a drink and then your hosts will explain about how the evening works. Ladies will be instructed to take their seat at their own table in the function suite and the gentlemen will be instructed to move from table to table meeting and chatting to each lady once we start. A match sheet is given on arrival and you can privately fill out the details and make notes for yourself which is quick and simple. The sheets will be taken by the hosts at the end of the evening and your matches will be sent by email or text the following day.
