Cruz on the Shore is the perfect venue for speed dating in Edinburgh. It's history is fascinating - built in 1919 for the Navy and restored in 2006 as a piano bar, nightclub and restaurant complex called Cruz. It is one of the most prestigious venues in Edinburgh, with stunning views of the waterfront and the castle.
Travelling from central Edinburgh, take the 22 bus from Princes St towards Leith, when it reaches the waterside, get off at the bridge and Cruz is less than a minute's walk.
